We use Kids Club HQ for clubs and Famly for nursery bookings. You’ll need to create an account and provide some details about you and your child. Once that’s done, future bookings are quick and easy.
Yes. Each of our settings has its own cancellation policy. Please contact our Head Office as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refunds are subject to the individual site's policy.
If you need to cancel a booking on the day, please contact Head Office directly. We do require all cancellations to be reported to the office, as each site has its own individual cancellation policy. In some cases, it may be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative session.
This depends on the location and availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates. You can check our booking system for real-time availability.
Absolutely! We cater to all dietary requirements. When you create your Kids Club or Famly account, you’ll be asked to enter any specific needs, our team will make sure these are followed.
Menus vary by site, but we always provide healthy and balanced meals and snacks. This includes things like fresh fruit, wholegrain snacks, and nutritious meals.

If your child needs medication during their time with us, please inform us in advance. You’ll need to complete a medication consent form before any medication can be administered.
If the medication is prescribed on the same day your child is due to attend, please contact our Head Office so we can send you a digital version of the form to complete.

Yes, we accept all types of childcare vouchers. If we’re not already registered with your specific provider, we’re happy to look into it.
We also accept government funding for 2, 3, and 4 year-olds, as well as payments from the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

If you already have a Tax-Free Childcare account, simply deposit the funds and wait up to 48 hours for the government top-up. Once the balance is in your account, you can send the payment to us.
When selecting us as a provider, look for "The Lime Trees at [Your Child’s School Name]", for example, The Lime Trees at Burton Joyce.
Please note, payments can take 3–5 business days to reach us and show on your account.
If this is your first time paying us via Tax-Free Childcare, make sure to include your child’s unique reference code in your account so we can correctly identify the payment.

If your school isn’t listed, it may be because we’re a new provider and the listing is still being processed. In the meantime, you’re welcome to make a payment to one of our other registered settings, such as The Lime Trees at Burton Joyce.

Holiday Clubs: Run from 7:30am to 6:00pm (except John Clifford, which runs from 8:30am to 5:00pm).
Most of our clubs cater to children from Reception to 11 years old.

Yes! We offer show-round tours at all of our nursery sites. You can book a visit here.
Yes, you’re welcome to collect your child at a time that works best for you; however, all sessions are charged at the full day rate. Please ensure all collections take place before the club closing time. Persistent late collections may result in an additional charge, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on your online account for further information.
No, children from any school are welcome to attend our Holiday Academies. You are welcome to book onto any available Holiday Academy location that is convenient for you.
Direct Debit payments can be used for both contracted and ad hoc invoices. Payments for ad hoc bookings will be taken immediately at the time of booking. Payments for contracted sessions will be collected on your scheduled payment date each month. For example, if your payment date is the 10th of the month, the payment will leave your bank account on the 10th. Please note that Direct Debit payment dates cannot be changed.
Please ensure your child comes dressed appropriately for the weather each day. This may include items such as coats, waterproofs, wellies, sun hats, or sun cream. All sun cream bottles must be clearly labelled with your child’s full name.
