PACKAGE 1

  • 2 x 2.5 hour visit per month from a Quality Assurance Specialist to offer support and guidance.
  • Access to advice and support via phone & email by trained Development Worker
  • Written guidance and feedback for the team
  • 2 x 3 hour Annual training workshop onsite for staff

 

 

PACKAGE 2

  • 4 x 3 hour visits per month from a Quality Assurance Specialist to offer support and guidance.
  • Access to The Lime Tress documents, as and when required.
  • Written guidance for management.
  • Staff meeting support
  • Access to advice and support via phone & email by trained Development Worker
  • 3 x 3 hour on-site inset training for staff teams (can be used flexibly)

 

 

 

 

PACKAGE 3

  • 8 x 3 hour visits per month from a Quality Assurance Specialist to offer support and guidance.
  • Access to The Lime Trees documents, as and when required.
  • Access to advice and support via phone & email by trained Development Worker
  • Staff meeting support
  • 6 x 3 hours of free on-site in set training for staff teams
  • Budget maintenance and financial/sustainability planning for up to 5 hours per month
  • Pre-Ofsted quality audit once per year (1 of 4 visits)
  • Environmental Audit
